What are cookies and how do we use them?

Go to Internet Explorer’s menu bar and click on Tools>Internet Options, and then click the Privacy tab. Move the slider to high. Click OK. Click the Back button on your browser, then click the Refresh button.

Go to Internet Explorer’s menu bar and click on Tools>Internet Options, and then click the Privacy tab. Move the slider to high. Click OK. Click the Back button on your browser, then click the Refresh button.

Internet Explorer 5, 5.01 and 5.5
Go to Internet Explorer’s menu bar and click on Tools menu, and then click the Security tab. Click the Web content zone you want, and then click Custom Level. Under Cookies, click the option you want under Allow Per-session Cookies (Not Stored), click OK, and then click OK. Click the Back button on your browser, then click the Refresh button.

Firefox 2
Go to Firefox’s menu bar and click on Tools>Options>Privacy. Under Cookies, check Accept cookies from sites. Click OK. Click the Back button on your browser, then click the Reload button.

Go to Firefox’s menu bar and click on Tools>Options>Privacy>Cookies>, then check for the originating web site only. Click OK. Click the Back button on your browser, then click the Reload button.

Safari (Macintosh Computers)
Go to Safari’s menu bar and click on Safari>Preferences>Security>, then check only from sites you navigate to. Click OK. Click the Back button on your browser, then click the Reload button.

Netscape 7.2
Go to Netscape’s menu bar and click on Edit>Preferences>Privacy and Security>, then check Accept for current session only. Click OK. Click the Back button on your browser, then click the Reload button.
